It was sung a little different in the UK ad, and I quote:
"Jenga Jenga J-J-J-Jenga Ya take a block from the bloody bottom and ya stick it on top Ya take a block from the middle and ya stick it on top That's 'ow yer build the tower; yer just don't put the mockers on.
